Hyperhidrosis Problem?

Randomly started getting excess sweating around the summer time and ever since its just been a total pain in the backside, i have it in my underarms and its really bad so much it's actually effecting my life, i went tot he doctors and i got "anhydrol forte" but that didn't work so i've now been given "zeasorb" again it didn't work.. my gp said if it didn't he would get me an appointment with a dermatologist but i'm wondering what exactly will they do? can they prescribe botox injections free of charge cause i know the nhs don't because it comes under "cosmetic" OR can they put me up for any other operation like ETS or liposuction (i don't know what its called but they suck out the sweat glands) im 16 :) and live in England so no info about American health organisations please
