What do i do about a man that i like an he likes me?

There is man that i lke and he likes me but there is problem he goes back and fourth to new york we talk on the phone and we do see eadhother some time when he is down here in virgina when he is here sometimes i see him and sometimes i dont we bothknow that there is feelings there but not sure what do we were just with eachother last sunday and thats when he said that he loved me but there is a big problem my ex wont let me have a life of my own and that makes it hard because we have kids together and wont let me move on the man that i like i really want to be with him what should i do because i think that love him but he backed off because of my ex what should i do i love this man
