What's a good water-proof eyeliner?

I need an eyeliner that's water-proof and smudge-proof, easy to put on, not liquid, and that twists up so you don't have to sharpen it. I'm going to be swimming a lot this summer so I need something that will stay on in the pool and also if I sweat a lot because I'm going to a dance program all summer.
