Is this just the latest example of Bud Selig's ineptitude?

No argument from here. Lot's of people think Bud Selig has been good for beseball. I think he has been a bumbling baffoon, who has made one weak decision after another. He looked the other way while illegal drugs were running rampant during the game. I'm willing to bet the folks of Texas aren't even on Bud's radar. If you just ignore it, the problem will go away. To the good people of Houston all all affected areas, good luck.
