Chances of getting into Phillips Exeter Academy?

Would I have a chance of getting into Phillips Exeter Academy if I'm rank 3 in my cl, i have all A's (including AP cles), i've gotten awards at the national level and regional level, i play three instruments, i've taken certificate programs at a university throughout middle/high school, i do community service, i speak two other languages, i'm in student council ... what worries me is my PSAT score which was only a 155 (test taking is my weakest point)...
