In the book, Invitation to the Game (Monica Hughes), can anyone tell me about one of the characters?

I need some info on Scylla. I know that she has waist length red hair, that she is an artist, and that she is a motherly leader. What I need to know is if she has an weaknesses, or anything else that makes her unique. If you can answer this, you'd be the biggest lifesaver EVER.
