Miscarriage or Some sort of women cancer?

i've seen a normal period which lasted a week and 10 days later I notice when I pee and wipe myself I seen blood. The blood isn't touching my underwear its just when I pee. This latest for about 2 days and the last day was thick clots or lumps of blood...I've never been to a doctor because I was scared that it was cervical cancer or signs of early menopause..if it help i'm 22
