My diet today - how does it seem?
Well they always say "A calories is a calorie." But I, myself tend to believe slight differently. If you are trying to lose weight, you are better of incorporating more fruits and veggies. Pizza is kind of a clalories bomb that will slow down your metabolism rather than speed it up.. Fruits and veggies will actually help you burn fat. Orange juice is healthy in moderation, but you would probably be better off eating an orange, and drinking water. Water is another key to weight loss. It helps flush toxins and fat out of the body aswe ll as keeping you feeling full for longer. All of these tips are not only important for weight loss, but for health as well. Eggs are good, but if you are on a diet, you may want to just eat egg whites. They have less fat and more protein. There is a only about 20 calories per egg white, and a lot of protein. So I would say you are lacking fruits and veggies. Also try to get an hour or two of exercise. It is healthy and helps you burn calories. Good luck on your diet!
