What happened with my POKEMON emerald (cont.)?

i think the file was too verloaded for the game, or it just had a problem with what you did. nothing much you can do. what i would suggest, is to catch a water pokemon, and train it to lv20 by the wild pokemon. (or just get a freind to let you borrow his strong pokemon)
