What Power Supply do i need?

its ok for others to say "get this one they rock" but they dont take into account that everyone has a budget. at most all you need is 800watts PSU. the one you have in mind is fine, but be careful of adding more hardware as they will all use up more power, pointing out the obvious, 650 is ok, but at most id use a 800watts PSU.
