Environmental Engineering?

Wow. Hold your horses. Though these are good questions to ask, you first need to figure out what environmental engineering is all about in terms of what you are interested in. There are tons of opportunities to do whatever you want in lots of ways. You are 16, wait to ask these questions after you change your mind another 50 times. An engineering program is hard as ****. You have to be dedicated to staying in doing work when your friends are out partying. Its not like you just finish highschool and 4 or 5 years later can do what you want. Set some small goals. You really have to be committed to doing this kind of work. Just try out some cles in college and if you love it, do it and all the other **** won't matter.
