How could Rev. Pat Robertson be so right about Hugo Chavez, but so wrong about Guiliani?

political calculation, rudy is a RINO but Rev Robertson is a pragmatist. He CAN win. the biggest issue abortion is one the president is least directly involved in affecting alone.and Rudy would appoint judges who would be fair on this issue so its kindda a mute point the guncontrol issue is a big thing with me but I think putting the right people in congress will keep him from taking the guns away. at least thats how i see it. Anyway hes strong on security and the war on Terror . thats job one right now!
