How long will it take me to lose 50 pounds?
Dude I'm at the same deal but 5'3, anyways, loosing that much should go in about 3 to 4 months, possibly sooner if you stick with what I'm about to tell you. I've lost 40lbs without actually trying simpily. First, don't eat a lot of greasy food, like fastfood, chips, or anything! Eat the normal 3 meals, but eat slowly, and smaller meals. Try getting some "100 calorie" snacks for every now and then. Drink a lot of water, sometimes when you feel hungry it's from lack of liquids. Next, sit ups do help for flatting under near your hips( my doctor told me). It's getting a bit chilly to swim, but when it gets warmer swim laps( kicking with feet and use arms). Dance! Dancing actually helps a lot! Now one of the BIGGEST things that has suprisingly helped me was raving for an hour! I use glowsticks and, and you bet your going to be using your arms a lot! ( when you start doing big orbits, figure 8s, or circles high up or above you, you can also move alot) . Run, stretch, swim, dance, arobics(or w/e), lunges, sit ups Help! But note lifting weights and push ups/ sit ups will make muscles which will make you weigh more. Just don't be miserable when doing this, be creative, find new ways to do things, have FUN(:
